I know I promised pics a couple of weeks ago but kept forgetting to take phone with me.

Now, I may be in trouble but I only took his muzzle off outside to take the pic and the other one is in the garden. He has such a cute face wanted to show it off. Couple of Brook in there too.

Lewis is now really comfortable around the house, he is still sometimes a bit hesitate but not scared. Outside he is really begining to come out of his shell. He will approach dogs (the regulars we know) for a sniff and not buckaroo when we see people. Some things still freak him out like loud vans or something unusual.

He has also been known to give the cats kisses and doesn’t mind them rubbing against his muzzle, he just licks their ears which is cute to see.

I also have managed to convince him that having a wee run is good for him, he is scared of the enclosed area and just wants out, but I run with him on the lead and he seems to enjoy it and has went into play mode with Brook a few times too. I know I look stupid and I often end up shouting ‘I canny run as fast slow down’, but its fun. Here are the pics.

What a beautiful boy!  He is so like Petra it’s unreal even the funny standy-up ears.
I shouted Alex over to see the pictures and he said if I hadn’t told him in advance it was Lewis he would have thought it was our wee girl.

Great to hear how his confidence is growing. Hope to see him in the flesh at some point.

We will let you off with the muzzle Carole!! Lewis is in my opinion one of the best looking black dogs I’ve ever seen and it shows him off wonderfully.
He just has a lovely face and I think anyone who meets him wil fall in love.
He is a very pretty boy, good to see him outside and relaxed!

I love the black dogs.  I have seen such a difference in Reo’s coat as his diet and condition improves.  The black makes it easy to see the improvement and shine.

You are doing a wonderful job with Lewis.

Lewis looks great. He seems to have lost that “lost” look in his eyes. He looks like he is coming on brilliantly. And can I say what a stunner your girl is! Hopefully Parker will take some confidence tips from Lewis!

Unfortunately I don’t have a car so getting to Strathclyde park is difficult I’m afraid.
