GAL has been extrememly fortunate to have received 2 cheques from Santander.
£2828 was the amount raised at the spring fayre this year and Santander employees assisting at the event asked for the amount to be matched, which was done and the cheque duly arrived.
The psychic night in May took in £1501 and again Santander staff helped out with ticket sales and on the night. Then they asked for that amount to be matched by their employer, and again we have been extremely lucky to have received a cheque for £1501.
In this economic climate this money is a huge help to GAL and the will help us with costs incurred whilst caring for the dogs looking for new homes.
