Hello

Just to let you know that last night we got the results of the tests. Lana does have Cushings - a common and treatable form of it - thank goodness.  LOL

She started her tablets today - for 10 days, gets tested again to check if the strength of the tablets are ok - will be changed as necessary and taken again for 4 weeks and then the process is repeated.  If things have settled down and the dosage is correct, she will need tested again another 3 months down the line - at least that’s the way I picked up the story from Eric who took the message.

Here’s hoping that Lana has improved by Christmas (“all I want for Christmas is a furry bum bum -Lana that is) .  Those who have met Lana will know what this means!  tongue laugh

You both must be so relieved that they have finally got to the bottom of Lana’s problem. If only they could speak, eh?!

That’s great that you finally have an answer!! I hope you see an improvement quickly for her.  Tell her not to get too much hair on her bum though or Clydey Boy will be jealous!! lol

That’s really good news to have found out what is causing all of Lana’s problems…lets hope she responds well to the meds and you see an improvement soon.

Great that you and Lana finally have an answer. I’m sure she’ll be doing much better now that she’s on proper treatment smile

How wonderful that you finally have a diagnosis and treatment programme for the gorgeous Lana!

Not sure she’ll be too happy at having the state of her bum ( furry or otherwise ) discussed all over the forum red face

Hope to see you all on Sunday?

Cheers
