Thought I’d take the chance to introduce my new foster boy Sparky.  This is him doing his best impression of a black panther, sometimes its difficult to tell but he is deffinately a greyhound not a large jungle cat!

I’m sure everyone will agree he’s a very handsome lad.  He’s settled in very quickly and as an added bonus has been 100% house trained too.  His hobbies include playing tig (which he does at an international standard) and watching nature documentaries.  Also, I’d like to say a huge thanks to the kind people that brought him form the centre to my place in Glasgow (I’m not great with names but I believe it was Seonad and partner?). I know it took you guys a while to get here so I deffinately owe you both.  Thanks from us both!

Another stunner!

My Reo’s racing name was Sparkleen and this was shortened to Sparky when he came into GAL care.

The new Sparky looks like a very handsome boy, although sounds as if he has a bit more life about him than my boy.

Please keep the photos coming!

Sparky is a beautiful boy. It was very nice of Seonad to do that extremely long journey for her. Sparky reckons you should ditch your training tomorrow and show him off at paws in the park. wink

Sparky is a handsome man indeed! Thanks to Seonad for transporting him, our volunteers make a huge difference when it comes to getting these dogs on the path to a new home.
He looks very settled already..found the couch then, lol

Sparky sounds great fun - mind he doesn’t jump in the tub with you, I hear he’s partial to a weekly jacuzzi!

Hopefully we’ll get to meet him at the walk on Sunday?

Massive thanks to Seonad and partner, and to all the other volunteers, for helping out. GAL couldn’t exist without you.

Sparky was my favorite dog at the rescue center.  He reminds me of my Coal.  So glad he’s enjoying his foster home smile
