Many of you will have met Samson when he came in at the gala or at events over this weekend.
He is the original Big Friendly Giant, and loves meeting new people and dogs.
Samson arrived at our house Friday afternoon and immediately made himself right at home, Donnie has decided to ignore him and see if he goes away
For the first few days Samson was baffled by Donnie’s regular disappearances upstairs and greeted him every time he came down as if he had just arrived home all waggy-tailed and happy.
This morning however Samson mastered the stairs giving Donnie, and his toys, no hiding place.
Donnie is still giving him the big freeze but Samson is such a happy go lucky boy he seems totally unfazed by his cold shoulder.
I am hoping his laid back nature will rub off on Donnie but we shall see.

Me too Marie - I hope this is just what Donnie needs, someone to lead him into the great wide world. 

Samson’s fantastic Although you really can’t tell how big he is from the pictures!  Hopefully Donnie will begin warming up to him

Met Sampson briefly at the Gala and also got a quick cuddle at the walk on Sunday.  What a happy, friendly boy he is!  Hope this proves to be his forever home - he’d be a lovely big brother for Donnie.
