North Lanarkshire Council are holding a fun dog day on Saturday 25th July at Drumpellier Country Park in Coatbridge 10am-2pm.
GAL volunteers will be taking along some lovely greyhounds to meet the public. You will also have an opportunity to buy collars, leads, coats etc for your hound.
Come along and let GAL dispel the many misconceptions surrounding greyhounds, who contrary to popular belief are gentle, lazy and affectionate dogs who do not require vast amounts of exercise.
