Lucky dogs homed recently
15 July 2009
Since 20th June the Greyhound Awareness League has found homes for many rescued greyhounds.
The lucky girls to be homed were: Molly who was renamed Kirsty. Daisy found a caring home and the lovely lurcher girl Jess was homed with her son Bo.
Tag, Hudson, Rex, Levi, Charlie and Buddy who was previously Kola were the boys who found good caring homes over the last few weeks.
All of this does not just happen, but takes a lot of hard work and dedication by GAL volunteers giving up their valuable time for the love of the dogs.
The homing coordinator works tirelessly, with the assistance of many volunteers who carry out home checks to ensure that every GAL dog placed in a home will be as happy as possible.
Lots of work goes on in the background and the primary concern is always the welfare of the dogs.
We look forward to more dogs finding good homes in the months to follow and wish all dogs lucky enough to have been homed all the very best of luck.
We would love to hear how they are all doing. So if you’re able to send a success story to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), please do so!
