Paws in the Park

The Greyhound Awareness League has been invited to take part in the Paws in the Park event on Saturday 4th September in Rouken Glen Park.
The event starts at 12 noon and finishes at 4pm. GAL will have some lovely homeless hounds at the event and the chance to buy some GAL merchandise.
Volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about greyhounds and lurches as pets.

N.B. As part of the proceedings on Saturday there is Lure Coursing. GAL does not consider this type of exercise to be appropriate for rescue greyhounds and lurchers. Our stall will be as far away from the coursing as possible.
