Thanks to Santander

Once again the Greyhound Awareness League has been extremely fortunate to have received a cheque from Santander (formerly Abbey).
The Spring Fayre in March raised £2828 and Santander employees who helped at the event applied to have the sum matched by Santander.
GAL would like to say a great big thanks to Santander for this generous amount, which will assist GAL volunteers continue the good work of rescuing and rehoming as many greyhounds and lurchers in need as it possibly can.
We hope to see more Santander employees at our summer gala on Sunday 22nd August at Larkhall Leisure Centre.
